Sangeeta Birdi

Hi, 

My name is Sangeeta Birdi, I am a Professional boxer based in the UK. I started boxing about 15 years ago for fitness. The first day I started boxing was at 4am in the morning and ever since then I fell in love with boxing. It is me and I was born a fighter.
I went on to fight in a very prestigious tournament, the Haringey Boxcup and won a silver medal within only 9 months of boxing. I had 14 fights Undefeated from there and was the London Featherweight champion for nearly 6 years. 
I decided to turn Professional about 6 years ago and won my first fight by T.K.O. I went on to win my next biggest achievement of being the first Indian Female to be a WBC India Champion. I am looking to be the first ever Indian Professional World Champion,  in order for me to accomplish my dreams and make a mark in history I need to train full time and leave my day job as a bus driver.
I just recently fought in Ghana and won the UBO International Title and the Pugilistic Syndicate of tanzania.  My greatest achievements to date.
