Douglas

Douglas was invited by his club to move from the recreation to the competitive team less than 2 years ago. Playing with Hillsboro Rush, he and his team won their 23/24 spring division.  He was selected to play a year up with Rush Select in the 2023 Midwest Rush Cup; they won the U14 division. He continues to be invited to play with the older team and has traveled with them for tournaments. Playing on Rush Select he will travel on the International Roster to Spain in Spring 2024. This is a tremendous honor for him, and we are thrilled at the prospect of him showcasing his skills on the global stage.

As a talented and dedicated soccer player, Douglas is not only self-motivated to practice on his own almost every day, but he also works as a referee to pay for the extra trips, personal training, and any other opportunity to play.
